Low (They are generally very low shedders and often tolerated well by allergy sufferers, though no dog is 100% hypoallergenic)

Because they are a crossbreed, reputable breeders should test the parents for Patellar Luxation (knees), PRA (progressive retinal atrophy in the eyes), and thoroughly screen for Mitral Valve Disease (a common, serious heart condition in Cavaliers).
